Let's help rally the troops to fight the latest fire! Put Patch in the working elevator, so he can take it to the top of the Control Tower and sound the alarm. Attach Dusty to the top of the Control Tower, so he can fly around and locate the fire. Once the fire is out and Dusty is ready to land, make sure he gets clearance from Patch. Patch can survey the sky from the tower, and then tell Dusty when it's safe to land on the runway. Wow, mission accomplished with great teamwork.
